Had Happy Hour on a Friday with my ladies. Sat at a tall table top in the bar area. Service was great, and everyone was very attentive. The cocktail of the day was delicious...I just remembered that it had pineapple & tequila...ect... Looking forward to returning and trying other dishes!

I may be over exaggerating, but tonight's dinner was one of the best dining experiences I've had! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and we have no complaints! The atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming. The service was superb! Our server explained the menu and was kind to always check on us. Even the manager came by to make sure everything was okay. I HIGHLY recommend the bread with ALL the dips. The rigatoni was also fantastic. Overall, this place is a favorite and we'll definitely be back for special occasions. Thank you Amari for making our 5 year wedding anniversary special!

My friend and I went out for brunch to celebrate my birthday. The staff was so friendly, and the food was delicious. They even surprised me with a little pudding topped with a candle to celebrate, which made me so happy. For dessert, we tried the tiramisu, but... I wouldn’t really recommend it. However, all the pasta dishes were fantastic.

We were very happy with this restaurant. It was our first time here. We got there a bit before 6, and we were the only ones, I think. Shortly after we sat, more tables were sat. Every dish e had was delicious. Everyone was happy with their food. The focccia, not pictured, with all the dipping sauces, was good. We'll be back again. The decor was appealing. The service was great and attentive.

Went with some friends for a buddy’s birthday. Atmosphere was great and the open kitchen smelled phenomenal. The waitress was super friendly. Off to a great start. For starters, definitely recommend the herb focaccia and the 4 dipping sauces. Yes, it’s on the pricey side 20 for bread and some sauces, but well worth. The sourdough is 28 year old starter and perfectly, freshly baked. The sauces, especially the pesto and whipped ricotta, were phenomenal. The hot honey and marina were excellent too. My buddy and I also got meatballs off the appetizers menu. We agreed that they were very good meatballs, but not the best we’ve ever had. The tomato sauce was a little bland. Overall, for 17, meatballs are skippable unless they are your thing. I got the “pizza oven specialty pizza”, which was a braised beef topping pizza. The crust was nice and crisp, very fresh. It’s made of the same 28 year old sour dough starter and had an excellent flavor to it. The pizza itself though was a little heavy, with tons of cheese. This is definitely a pizza that can be shared between 2 people. Overall, im glad I tried it. The margarita pizza was on the same crust and very good as well. For being the “gold standard” of pizzas, Amari executed it very well. The pecorino tomato sauce had just the right amount of sweetness, while the basil and cheese provided an excellent counterbalanced tang. Well done, Amari. The pizza crusts dipped well in the sauces that came with the herb focaccia. The other friends got rigatoni as well as the clam spaghetti. They were very satisfied with these options as well. Overall, Amari was a great experience and I would definitely recommend for a nice night out. They served our party of 6 very well, and I could see myself coming back for smaller and larger occasions. I look forward to coming back and would definitely recommend.

I came to Amari to celebrate my birthday with some friends yesterday. Upon entry I was greeted by the hostess asking who we were celebrating and then I was given a hand written happy birthday letter which was such a small but meaningful gesture that made the experience even better. We ordered the house made focaccia which was delicious. We also ordered the truffle pizza, bolognese pasta, and spaghetti and meatballs, all of which was delicious. The servers were also amazing, kind, and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. Finally the brought me a little dessert with a candle that was very yummy. Overall I had an incredible experience and will most definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Amari Italian Kitchen is a true culinary delight! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting—modern yet cozy, with just the right amount of elegance. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. We started with the burrata and prosciutto, which was incredibly fresh and flavorful. For the main course, the handmade pasta was a standout. I ordered the truffle tagliatelle, and it was absolutely divine—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. My partner had the veal parmigiana and raved about how tender and delicious it was. The wine list is impressive, with great pairings for every dish. And don’t skip dessert—the tiramisu was one of the best we’ve had in Vegas. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, Amari is a must-try if you’re craving authentic Italian cuisine with a modern twist. We’ll definitely be back!
